Canoes/Kayaks and hard SUP's have a three tier shipping rate. This ranges from €49 to €149 depending on the delivery location.
Canoe/Kayak and hard SUP rates are automatically calculated at the checkout stage of an online order.
Delivery charges on orders under €100 are €10.
UK mainland shipping is available on all products excluding canoes, kayaks and SUP's. UK mainland shipping is a charged at a flat rate of €25. Please note that customers are liable for any local VAT or import duty applied to export orders.
EU mainland shipping is available on all products excluding canoes, kayaks and SUP's. EU mainland shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. We ship all orders outside of Ireland with UPS.
We use our own transport to deliver large Canoes and Kayaks and delivery times may be increased to fit in with our transport logistics..
We send smaller orders with various couriers or An Post, both of which will require a signature upon receipt. We use a 3 Day service for all smaller orders and this includes insurance on all parcels up to €150.
If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept delivery a card will be left to inform the recipient of where the parcel can be collected. It then becomes the recipient's responsibility to collect the parcel. We accept no liability if the delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. If the recipient fails to collect the parcel in good time the goods will be returned to us and a charge will be made for redelivery to that or an alternative address.
In the event that you select a business address for delivery, we shall be deemed to have delivered the order to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address.
Please note delivery times listed is working days and does not include weekends or Bank Holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: A working day is Monday - Friday and doesn't include bank holidays. Orders for next working day delivery will need to be made before 2.00pm.
For soft goods we will dispatch items in stock within 2 working days and you should receive your order within 5-7 working days depending on the courier.
Unfortunately Canoes and Kayaks can not be sent with a courier due to their size. We use our own transport to deliver large Canoes and Kayaks with lead times up to 10 working days from date of order.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Some products may at certain times experience delays in supply due to the specialist nature of the sport or unexpected high demands. We will try to keep you informed of the status of any incomplete orders. If products are not likely to be available within a reasonable timescale you will be offered the option of a suitable alternative as close as possible in specification and price or to your original order. You of course have the option to cancel your order and obtain a refund if applicable.
Certain items seen on our website may be limited in availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order made with us in such cases for whatever reason. Refunds will always be honored.
Recipients MUST thoroughly check their boat for damage before the courier leaves. If the boat has arrived damaged then you must sign for it as damaged. Then get in touch with us for the resolution. Every care has been taken to prevent any damage happening to the goods, including careful packaging and minimising how long the boat is in the courier’s warehouse. However, due to the size, shape and weight of the boats accidents can still happen. We will endeavour to prevent this and resolve issues if necessary.
Please keep your receipt/invoice for anything you buy from us. It will ensure we can help you quickly, if you need to bring something back.
Items that are not required or are the wrong size must be returned back to us within 15 days of purchase.

You must notify us within 3 working days by post, email or telephone of your intention to do this.
The product must be unused, with their original tags.
Non-stock items that are specifically ordered in will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to refuse a return and to require further proof of identity.
Please note that you are responsible for any return postage.
Where you are requiring an exchange we will charge you the postage & packing costs of sending the replacement. Large items such as kayaks and paddles may incur a higher charge that will be agreed with you. Payment for this must be provided before we send out the replacement item. This charge does not apply if you collect the replacement goods from our store.
Warranty items to be returned to us must be done so at the customers cost. If the product is agreed as a warranty issue then the return postage will be refunded so please keep receipts when sending warranty items back to us.
