REC 3 - Remote Emergency Care Level 3 First Aid Course Dublin

Located just off the M50 on the banks of the River Liffey, we offer a dynamic, hands-on first aid course for outdoor professionals, adventures and instructors who operate in remote or sometimes challenging environments.

This two-day practical, hands-on course builds the confidence and skills needed to manage medical emergencies where help might be delayed. On this course, you will learn scene management, casualty assessment, trauma care, CPR, environmental injuries, fractures, and evacuation planning, all through realistic outdoor scenarios.

Not just for paddlers, weather you're an aspiring kayak instructor, mountain leader, scout leader or perhaps an outdoor educator, REC 3 meets the industry standard first aid requirement for many outdoor qualifications, including Canoeing Ireland, Mountaineering Ireland, and Adventure Activities licensing standards.
