The VE Carbon Skera with Glass Shaft is a lightweight touring kayak paddle featuring carbon fibre Aircore blades paired with a flexible glass shaft for enhanced comfort over extended paddling sessions. This mid-sized touring blade delivers a smooth, dependable catch with reduced body load, offering excellent power transfer when needed whilst minimising fatigue during long distance paddling.
The touring-lite construction reduces blade weight by up to 30% with a blade tip that is 60% thinner, creating lower swing weight for all-day comfort. Manufactured in the UK using toughened epoxy pre-impregnated composites with reinforced spine construction, the paddle features a corrosion-free nylon KajakSport ferrule offering 10 cm length adjustment and infinite feather angle adjustment for both left and right-handed paddlers.
